Growing Family, Etc.

I have more news to share.  I am now 24 weeks pregnant with a little girl.  She is healthy and growing on track.  Owen is now 22 months old and he is the smartest most precious little boy in the world.  :)  Our journey in Austin ended, and we are glad.  Bryan got a job in Tyler that is a Godsend and we are so glad to be back in East Texas.  We didn't realize how much we loved the pine trees.  Our little girl is due in May and I will become a mostly full time stay at home mom.  The company I work for is so gracious and wonderful and will be letting me work a few hours per week from home.

3 Years

I'm not sure if anyone is still following me, seeing how I have gotten very lazy when it comes to blogging.  Or maybe it's because I am just so busy with a 1.5 year old.  :) Yeah, we will go with the latter.

Today, Eden would be 3 years old.  I picture him having a really happy birthday party with his little brother next to his side.  Someday, I do believe we will see that happen......in Heaven.

There are so many things that God has placed on my heart lately and so many things that I am still being taught.  Thank the Lord for Grace.  I promise I will share those things soon.

Please join me in praying for the world and for the good message of truth that is in the Bible to be heard around the world.  There are so many that need HIM.

Owen Parker is 15 weeks old

Hello!!  I've been away for some time.  Been a little busy and loving every minute of it.  Owen Parker was born on April 9, 2012 at 4:18pm.  He weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces.  He is a perfect little boy.  He is now 15 weeks and weighs 15 pounds.  Lot's of changes in our lives.

Bryan got an job offer in Austin that we just couldn't pass up.  We prayed for months prior that God would lead us in the direction he wanted us and we would listen to Him and not US.  Every piece of the job offer down to us finding a place to live and actually getting to Austin fell into place.  It could have been a disaster to uproot our lives with a 6 week old.  We are loving it here and can't wait for the next step in our lives. 

I am registering for a Polycystic Kidney Disease Walk in San Antonio in September in honor of Eden.  I will post a link shortly in case you would like to donate/sponsor me.  More to come on that.

32 Weeks

I am 32 weeks pregnant now and everything is going as well as it possibly can up to this point.  We still feel so blessed by the number of people that tell us they are still praying for us.  This journey has been so humbling.  We are at such peace most days.  As the big day gets closer, we have our moments of panic but we are so excited. 

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

 ¹ There is a time for everything,
   and a season for every activity under the heavens:  ² a time to be born and a time to die,
   a time to plant and a time to uproot,
 ³ a time to kill and a time to heal,
   a time to tear down and a time to build,
 ⁴ a time to weep and a time to laugh,
   a time to mourn and a time to dance,
 ⁵ a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
   a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
 ⁶ a time to search and a time to give up,
   a time to keep and a time to throw away,
 ⁷ a time to tear and a time to mend,
   a time to be silent and a time to speak,
 ⁸ a time to love and a time to hate,
   a time for war and a time for peace.

Moving right along

I will be 26 weeks on Saturday.  Things are moving right along.  We went to the doctor yesterday and our little boy weighs about 2 pounds and he measures perfectly.  My fluid is also perfect.  Praise the Lord!  I started really feeling him moving around on December 17.  We could actually see his movement.  My due date is April 14.....we'll see if I make it that long.
